Acceptance of terms
By creating a Focuus account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Focuus.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Focuus lawfully and not to misuse the service, abuse the AI coach, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the app. You are responsible for the content you send to the coach.
Subscriptions
Focuus Pro is a paid subscription billed and managed by Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can cancel at any time from your iPhone's Subscriptions settings. Cancelling does not delete your account or your progress.
Intellectual property
Focuus, its name, logo and software are the property of Focuus. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your personal productivity.
Limitation of liability
Focuus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Focuus is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. The AI coach provides suggestions for getting unstuck; it does not provide medical, psychological or therapeutic advice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Focuus will be resolved under Panamanian law.
