2. How is Focuus different from a to-do list app?
A to-do list tells you everything you have to do, which is often the reason you freeze. Focuus shows one mission at a time and gives you a way to start it, so the decision is already made.
3. What does the AI coach actually do?
It turns whatever you are avoiding into the smallest visible next step. It does not write plans or give pep talks. It answers with one concrete action you can begin in the next two minutes.
4. Does the coach see my personal data?
Your messages are sent to an AI model provider to generate the reply. Focuus routes these requests only to providers that do not collect or train on your data. Your account is identified by your email address, and you can delete your account and its data at any time.
5. How much does Focuus cost?
Focuus is free to start and you can use it every day without paying — the free plan includes 1 AI coach message per day, up to 3 active missions and 7 days of history. Focuus Pro is $7.99 per month or $69.99 per year, removes those limits, and adds a coach that remembers your goals across sessions, a weekly AI review and advanced progress insights.
6. Is my progress real?
Yes. Focus sessions are validated on the server against the clock, so XP and streaks reflect time you actually spent focusing rather than taps on a screen.
7. Which devices does Focuus work on?
Focuus runs on iPhone with iOS 18 or later. An Android version is planned.
8. How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select Focuus. Cancelling does not delete your account or your progress.
